摘要
园区是城市的缩影,依托园区进行智慧城市建设对城市层面的智慧城市建设具有很好的示范引领作用。本文以智慧城市顶层设计方法论为指导,通过某城市副中心行政办公区实践,提出智慧城市顶层设计的理念、需覆盖的要素、目标定位设计、目标实现路径设计等,对相关特色园区及城市层面的智慧城市顶层设计具有借鉴意义。
Park is a microcosm of a city, the smart city construction relying on a park has a good role of demonstration and guidance for the smart city construction in the city level. Based on the top-level design methodology of smart city, this paper puts forward and elaborates the ideas and key points of smart city top- level design, such as design concepts, the elements to be covered, the goal setting and the path design, through an example of designing sub-center of a city administrative, office area. The ideas and experiences have reference value for other smart city top-level design of relevant parks or cities.
