中医脾胃病临床带教中运用PBL教学法的效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Using PBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Spleen and Stomach Diseases

摘要 目的评估中医脾胃病临床带教中运用PBL教学法的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月期间长沙市第八医院中医科接收的28名实习学生,纳入参比组;选取2021年1—12月期间本院中医科接收的28名实习学生,纳入研究组。两组实习学生均进行中医脾胃病临床带教,参比组应用传统教学法,研究组应用PBL教学法。对两组实习学生的出科成绩、工作能力、效果满意度进行评价。结果教学后,研究组出科成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组效果满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对实习学生进行中医脾胃病临床带教时,应用PBL教学法能够提升实习学生出科成绩,锻炼各项工作能力,提高效果满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effect of using PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of Chinese medicine spleen and stomach diseases.Methods From January to December 2020,28 interns from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Eighth Hospital of Changsha were selected to be included in the reference group;selected 28 interns from January to December 2021 received by the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of our hospital to be included in the research group.The two groups of interns were given clinical teaching of spleen and stomach diseases of TCM.The reference group applied traditional teaching methods,and the research group applied PBL teaching methods.Evaluated the graduation results,evaluated the working ability and evaluated the effect satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results After teaching,the graduation scores of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of Chinese medicine spleen and stomach diseases to internship students,the application of PBL teaching method can improve the performance of internship students out of the department,exercise various work abilities and improve the satisfaction of the effect.
