摘要
目的了解重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护士共情能力水平并分析其影响因素。方法于2021年2—3月期间采用自制的一般资料调查问卷和杰弗逊共情量表中文版对东营市胜利油田中心医院、东营市人民医院、毓璜顶医院、滨州医学院烟台附属医院和烟台山医院5家三级甲等医院的296名ICU护士进行问卷调查,分析ICU护士共情能力现状及影响因素。结果296名ICU护士的共情能力得分为(78.08±4.81)分,处于中等水平。不同年龄、用工性质、职称、学历、婚姻状况和子女状况的ICU护士共情能力得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,子女状况和学历是ICU护士共情能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士共情能力处于中等水平,护理管理者应关注ICU护士共情能力水平,建议结合医院具体情况,灵活多变地运用各种方式,如创造教育机会和培养护士职业态度等,提高ICU护士的共情能力。
Objective To understand the level of empathy competence of nurses in intensive care unit(ICU)and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A self-administered general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Jefferson Empathy Scale were used to survey 296 ICU nurses in five tertiary care hospitals,namely Dongying Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital,Dongying People's Hospital,Yuhuangding Hospital,Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College and Yantai Mountain Hospital from February to March 2021.Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of ICU nurses'empathy.Results The empathic ability score of 296 ICU nurses was(78.08±4.81)points,which was at a medium level.The differences of the ICU nurses'empathic ability scores by age,employment nature,title,education,marital status,and child status were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that child status and education were influential factors for ICU nurses'empathic ability(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nurses'empathic ability is at a moderate level,and nursing managers should pay attention to the level of ICU nurses'empathic ability.It is recommended to improve ICU nurses'empathic ability by using various approaches flexibly and variably,such as creating educational opportunities and cultivating nurses'professional attitudes,taking into account the specific conditions of the hospital.
