摘要
目的研讨全瓷修复体在口腔修复中的应用疗效观察。方法选取2018年8月—2022年5月入住福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院行口腔修复的患者84例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各42例。对照组取金属烤瓷修复体修复,观察组行二氧化锆(zirconia,ZrO_(2))全瓷修复体修复。对比两组的修复效果、修复前后牙周健康状况[菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)]、修复体颈缘着色、边缘密合度、修复体颜色、修复体折裂和修复体外形等临床指标进行评估以及修复满意度。结果观察组修复优良率[97.62%(41/42)]高于对照组[80.95%(34/42)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组3项牙周健康指标(PLI、BI及GI)值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复后的临床指标(修复体颈缘着色、边缘密合度、修复体颜色、修复体折裂和修复体外形)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复总满意度[95.24%(40/42)]高于对照组[80.95%(34/42)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全瓷修复体用于口腔修复效果较好,并且对改善牙周健康状况、提高患者的临床检测指标及修复满意度也较有利。
Objective To investigate the effect of all ceramic restorations in oral cavity restoration.Methods A total of 84 patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to May 2022 for oral cavity repair were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,42 patients in each group.In the control group,porcelain fused to metal restorations were used for restoration,while in the observation group,zirconia(ZrO_(2))all ceramic restorations were used for restoration.The restoration effect,periodontal health[plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),gingival index(GI)],cervical margin coloration,marginal fitness,color,fracture and shape of the restoration and other clinical indicators were compared between the two groups,as well as restoration satisfaction.Results The excellent and good repair rate of the observation group[97.62%(41/42)]was higher than that of the control group[80.95%(34/42)],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After restoration,the values of three periodontal health indicators(PLI,BI and GI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical indexes(cervical margin coloration,marginal fitness,color,fracture and shape of the prosthesis)of the observation group after repair were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of repair in the observation group[95.24%(40/42)]was higher than that in the control group[80.95%(34/42)],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion All ceramic res torat ions have a good effect on oral res torat ion,and are also beneficial to improve periodontal health,clinical detection indicators and satisfaction of patients.
