摘要
目的评估二氧化锆修复体与钴铬合金修复体对患者修复后咀嚼功能、牙龈指数、龈沟液中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)水平的影响。方法将洛阳市解放路小白兔口腔门诊部在2016年1月至2021年12月收治的口腔修复患者纳入本研究,纳入的样本数量为70例,同时依据随机数字表法将纳入患者分为两组,即观察组、对照组。对照组(n=35)接受钴铬合金修复体修复,观察组(n=35)接受二氧化锆修复体修复。观察两组患者的总有效率、修复质量;比较治疗前、治疗后咀嚼功能评分、咬合力、牙龈指数、MMP-2及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率、边缘良好密封性均更高,而修复体崩瓷率、折断率更低(P<0.05)。重复测量分析显示,两组患者的菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)水平的处理主效应、时间主效应、处理效应与时间效应的交互作用有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组咀嚼功能评分、咬合力、MMP-2、IL-6水平相较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者上述指标水平降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆修复体对口腔疾病具有较好的修复效果,其可提高患者的咀嚼能力,改善牙龈指数,对MMP-2指标具有调节作用,可抑制炎症反应,提高口腔修复质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of zirconia dioxide and cobalt-chromium alloy restoration on masticatory function,gingival index and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)levels in gingival sulcus fluid.Methods The restorative patients admitted to Oral Clinic,Little White Rabbit of Jiefang Road of Luoyang City from January 2016 to December 2021 were included in this study,and the sample number was 70.Meanwhile,the included patients were divided into two groups by random table method,namely observation group and control group.The control group(n=35)underwent cobalt-chromium alloy repair,and the observation group(n=35)performed zirconium dioxide repair.Observed the total response rate and repair treatment in both groups,and compared the pre-treatment masticatory function score,bite force,gingival index,MMP-2 and interleukin 6(IL-6)levels.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher either total efficiency and good margin sealing,while the repair body porcelain collapse rate and fracture rate were lower(P<0.05).Repeated measurement analysis showed that the plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and gingival index(GI)levels in the two groups were statistically significant in the treatment main effect,time main effect and the interaction between treatment effect and time effect(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of chewing function score,bite force,MMP-2,and IL-6 level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of these indicators decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia dioxide repair has a good repair effect on oral diseases,which can improve patient chewing ability,improve gum index,regulate MMP-2 index,inhibit inflammation,and improve the quality of oral repair.
