摘要
目的探讨儿童保健门诊婴幼儿营养性缺铁性贫血的临床效果及满意度。方法选取2020年4月—2021年12月福清市妇幼保健院门诊收治的80例婴幼儿营养性缺铁性贫血患儿作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组接受铁剂治疗,观察组接受铁剂治疗+儿童保健门诊,比较两组患儿治疗疗效、症状改善时间、生化指标、满意度等。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿饮食恢复正常时间、血红蛋白恢复正常时间、网织红细胞改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生化指标比较,治疗前组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组MCHC、MCV、Hb、铁蛋白、血清铁高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属治疗满意度(92.50%)高于对照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗婴幼儿营养性缺铁性贫血,可在补充铁剂的基础上,再给予儿童保健门诊,能促进症状改善,提升治疗疗效和满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and satisfaction of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children in the child health clinic.Methods From April 2020 to December 2021,a total of 80 infants with nutritional iron deficiency anemia admitted to the outpatient department of Fuqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received iron treatment,and the observation group received iron treatment+child heal th care outpat ient depar tment.The treatment efficacy,symptom improvement time,biochemical indicators,satisfaction,etc.of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effect of the observation group was 97.50%higher than that of the control group(75.00%,P<0.05);The time of diet recovery,hemoglobin recovery and reticulocyte improvement in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with biochemical indexes,there was no significant difference between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MCHC,MCV,Hb,ferritin and serum iron in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was 92.50%higher than that in the control group(72.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of infant nutritional iron deficiency anemia can be given to the child health clinic on the basis of iron supplement,which can improve the symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect and satisfaction.
