摘要 目的针对海上伤病员信息源头采集滞后,伤病员救治信息难以共享,勤务应用与技术难以融合互动等问题,提出了海军战略转型期下的远程医疗平台与信息化配套装备应用研究。方法使用具有自主知识产权的手持式B超、便携式X线等信息化装备,结合云计算、大数据、人工智能等新技术,综合应用5G和卫星等通信方式,将新型远程医疗技术融入各级后送阶梯,加大卫生装备信息传输及本地化决策支持能力。结果提升了一线诊断水平和救治效率,增强了战时卫勤保障的机动性、实时性和连续性,使近岸保障转变为远海保障。结论为建立起以航母作战群为主体,920型医院船为骨干,岸基医学中心为依托,远程医疗平台为主线,连接陆军、空军的全方位、多角度、立体式的海军远程医疗体系提供了技术方案支撑。 Objective To propose an application research on telemedicine platform and auxiliary informatization equipment under the scenario of Naval strategic transformation.Due to the problems of delay in the collection of medical information regarding combat casualties at sea,difficulty in information sharing concerning rescue and treatment of casualties and interaction between medical service and technology.Method The abilities of information transfer regarding medical systems and the capacity of local dicision support could be effectively improved,by using portable B-ultrasound and hand-held X-ray of independent intellectual property rights,in combination with such new techniques as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and other new technologies,comprehensive application of 5 G and satellite information,as well as integration of new type of remote medical technologies in various evacuation echelons.Results As a result,front-line diagnostic level and treatment efficiency were improved,mobility,real-time capacity and continuity of medical care were enhanced,thus transforming near shore medical support into faracross-the-sea medical support.Conclusion Consequently,solid support could be provided for the establishment of an omnipotent,perspective and tri-dimentsional naval telemedicine platform,with the carrier strike group as the main combat component,type 920 hospital ship as the backbone of medical support,shore-based medical centers as back-up support,telemedicine platform as the main line,linking both the Army and Air Force.
