摘要
目的:设计基于云计算的医疗设备维修管理系统,实现医疗设备维修管理的信息化和数据化。方法:采用云计算的SaaS平台服务、Restful应用服务、RabbitMQ消息中间件和ElasticSearch搜索引擎,构建以云计算为基础的医疗设备维修管理系统。选取医院在用的84台医疗设备,按照管理模式将其分为研究组和对照组,每组42台。研究组采用基于云计算的医疗设备维修管理系统的管理模式,对照组采用常规管理模式。自制医护人员满意度调查问卷,分析比较两组医疗设备故障次数、平均维修时间和医护人员对两种管理模式的满意度。结果:研究组医疗设备故障次数和维修时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.787,t=4.165;P<0.05);研究组医护人员对设备使用流程、维修管理和总体管理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.677,t=6.300,t=4.528;P<0.05)。结论:基于云计算的医疗设备维修管理系统可实现医疗设备维修的信息化和数据化管理,确保临床科室设备安全有效运作。
Objective:To design a medical equipment maintenance management system based on cloud computing to realize the informatization and digitization of medical equipment maintenance management.Methods:Built a cloud computing-based medical equipment maintenance management system by using loud computing SaaS platform services,Restful application services,RabbitMQ message middleware and ElasticSearch search engine.84 medical equipments in use in the hospital were selected and divided into research group and control group according to the management mode,with 42 in each group.The research group adopted a cloud computing-based medical equipment maintenance management system management model,and the control group adopted a conventional management model.Medical equipment failure times,average maintenance time and medical staff satisfaction with the two management modes were analyzed and compared by using self-made medical staff satisfaction survey questionnaire.Results:The number of medical equipment failures and maintenance time in the research group were less than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.787,t=4.165;P<0.05);the medical staff in the research group had higher scores on equipment use process,maintenance management and overall management satisfaction than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.677,t=6.300,t=4.528;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cloud computing-based medical equipment maintenance management system can realize the informatization and digitization of medical equipment maintenance to ensure the safe and effective operation of clinical department equipment.
