摘要
在剖析志愿服务缓解农村相对贫困内在机理基础上,以1042份从事脐橙销售的电商问卷为例,同时采用Ordered Probit模型和最小二乘法(OLS)实证分析志愿服务对农村相对贫困的影响,并引入电商扶贫作为中介变量,探究两者之间的内在作用机制。实证结果显示:无论是从农村客观相对贫困维度看,还是从农村主观相对贫困维度看,志愿服务都能够有效缓解农村相对贫困;消除内生性问题后,志愿服务对缓解农村相对贫困的影响更为显著。电商扶贫在志愿服务缓解农村相对贫困的过程中存在显著的中介效应,但中介效应仅对国家级贫困县而言存在,对非国家级贫困县而言则不存在,中介效应存在明显的异质性。不仅如此,电商扶贫在志愿服务缓解农村相对贫困过程中的作用机制,主要体现在志愿服务转变农户从事电商的创新创业意愿、影响农户从事电商的创新创业行动和提升农户从事电商的创新创业成效等三个方面,且这种作用机制不存在明显的异质性。
On the basis of clarifying the internal mechanism of voluntary service to alleviate rural relative poverty, taking 1042 e-commerce questionnaires engaged in navel orange sales as an example, this paper has used Ordered Probit Model and least square method(OLS) to demonstrate the impact of voluntary service on rural relative poverty, and introduces e-commerce poverty alleviation as an intermediary variable to explore the internal mechanism between them. The empirical results show that whether from the perspective of rural objective relative poverty or rural subjective relative poverty, voluntary service can effectively alleviate rural relative poverty. After eliminating endogenous problems, voluntary service has a more significant impact on alleviating rural relative poverty. E-commerce poverty alleviation has a significant intermediary effect in the process of voluntary service to alleviate rural relative poverty, but the intermediary effect only exists for national poor counties, but it does not exist for non-national poor counties, and the intermediary effect has obvious heterogeneity. Not only that, the mechanism from e-commerce poverty alleviation to relative poverty in rural areas is mainly reflected in three aspects, such as, the voluntary service has changed farmers’ willingness to engage in e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship, affected farmers’ innovation and entrepreneurship actions in e-commerce, and has improved farmers’ innovation and entrepreneurship results in e-commerce, and there is no obvious heterogeneity in the mechanism.
