摘要
为了检验新型卧式双级双吸离心泵的水力性能,在高性能封闭试验台进行了水泵模型试验,包括能量性能试验、空化试验、飞逸试验、压力脉动试验、力特性试验,压差测流试验。主要介绍各项试验内容、试验方法、试验采用的参数换算公式以及试验成果分析。试验成果表明,卧式双级双吸离心泵设计效率较高,达到合同保证值要求;飞逸转速基本满足泵站安全需要;空化余量比经验公式计算值相比略大。
In order to verify the hydraulic performance of the new horizontal two-stage double-suction centrifugal pump, a pump model test was carried out on a high-performance closed test stand, including energy performance test, cavitation test, escape test, pressure fluctuation test, force characteristic test and differential pressure flow measurement test. This paper mainly describes the test contents, test methods, parameter conversion formulas used in the test and analysis of test results. The test results show that the horizontal two-stage dual-suction centrifugal pump has high design efficiency and meets the contract guarantee value. Escape speed basically meets the safety requirements of the pump station. Cavitation allowance is slightly larger than that calculated by empirical formula.
