摘要
采用水泵加压的供水工程,常在泵后设置空气罐以降低停泵负水锤。当管道供水流量大、泵扬程高时,空气罐所需体型往往较大。为降低空气罐体型,论文采用特征线法,建立空气罐数值模型,探讨空气罐和单向塔联合防护方案。结果表明:在泵后一定距离设置空气罐和单向塔,对减少空气罐体型效果明显,可降低工程投资及便于管理。
The water supply project with a pressurized pump usually use an air tank to reduce the negative pump-stopping water hammer. The air tank body is often bigger when the water supply flow is large and the pump lift is high. For reducing the volume of the air tank, based on the characteristics line method, the numerical model of the air tank is built to discuss the combined protection scheme for the air tank and one-way tower. The result show that the air tank and one-way tower layout a certain distance behind the pump could obviously reduce the volume of the air tank, save the cost of the project and has helpful for management.
