摘要
结合某配套供水工程质量要求,对该压力输水系统进行水力过渡过程仿真计算,模拟工程设计和运行中可能出现的水力过渡过程,分别采用"双向调压塔+进排气阀"联合水锤防护方案及"空气罐+进排气阀"联合防护2套方案,对扬水泵站抽水断电过渡过程进行计算比选,最终得到"空气罐+进排气阀"联合防护方案可以消除停泵水锤,所需空气罐容积仅为9.42 m3,具有较好的工程经济性。
In combination with quality requirements on water supply works, the hydraulic transition process of the pressed water transmission system is computed, The hydraulic transition processes possibly occurring in design and operation are simulated. Two combined schemes for protection, bidirectional pressure regulating tower with intake/exhaust valves and air tank with intake/exhaust valves, are applied respectively to calculate, compare and select the protection for the transition process during power off in the pump station. Tne scheme of air tank with intake/exhaust valves is selected as it can eliminate the water hammer by pump stop. Furthermore the air tank required is with low cost as its volume is 9.42 m3 only.
