随着食品数量与种类的不断增加,食品安全问题越来越受到人们的重视。在食品安全检测中,食品微生物检测是一项重要内容。本文对食品微生物检验准确性的控制方法进行分析,以提升食品微生物检测质量、保障食品安全。
With the increasing quantity and variety of food, people pay more and more attention to food safety. In food safety testing, food microbial testing is an important content. This paper analyzes the control methods for the accuracy of food microbiological testing, so as to improve the quality of food microbiological testing and ensure food safety.
