摘要
人民生活水平普遍提高,也更注重食品质量安全,这就要求我们提高食品微生物检测的质量,特别要加强实际工作,提高食品微生物检测的质量控制水平,使检测结果更加公正准确。在目前的食品微生物检测质量控制中,本文提出加强检验方法、检验环境、检验设备和检验人员的质量控制,确保食品安全可靠。
The people's living standard is generally improved, and the quality of the food is more important. This requires us to improve the quality of the food microorganism detection, especially to strengthen the actual work, to improve the quality control level of the food microorganism detection, so as to make the detection results more fair and accurate. In the present food microorganism detection quality control, this paper puts forward to strengthen the quality control of the inspection method, the test environment, the inspection equipment and the inspection personnel, to ensure food safety and reliability.
