摘要
目的 基于近红外光谱技术建立陈皮定性判别模型和含量预测模型,用于评价陈皮及其炮制品的质量。方法 采用有监督识别方法及无监督识别方法对陈皮生品及制品进行定性判别。采用高效液相色谱法测定陈皮生品和制品中5种化学成分的质量分数,结合近红外技术建立各成分的偏最小二乘定量校正模型。结果 近红外光谱技术可以将陈皮生品与制品进行有效分开,5-羟甲基糠醛、川陈皮素和芸香柚皮苷含量预测效果良好。结论 基于近红外技术对陈皮生品及制品定性鉴别和含量预测的方法具有快速、高效、无污染等优点,为陈皮及其炮制品质量控制和临床应用提供参考。
Objective Based on near-infrared technology, a qualitative discriminant model and a content prediction model were established to evaluate the quality of Citri reticulatae Pericarpium and its processed product. Methods The supervised and the unsupervised identification method were used to qualitatively distinguish the Citri reticulatae Pericarpium and processed product. The contents of five chemical components were determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and the partial least squares quantitative correction model of each component was established by combining near-infrared technology. Results Near-infrared spectroscopy could effectively separate Citri reticulatae Pericarpium from processed products, and the contents of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, cyrrhizin and naringin were predicted well. Conclusion Based on near-infrared technology, the method of qualitative identification and content prediction of Citri reticulatae Pericarpium and its processed product has the advantages of fast analysis speed, no damage, high efficiency and no pollution, which provides references for quality control and clinical application of Citri reticulatae Pericarpium and its processed product.
