摘要
识别企业绿色创新驱动因素有助于企业更好地了解管理过程及发展要求,从而促进绿色发展转型升级。现有研究多从外部制度因素展开研究,较少探讨内部管理层对企业绿色创新的影响。基于此,以2011—2019年制造业上市企业作为研究对象,侧重于高管团队特征差异,实证检验高管团队职能背景异质性对企业绿色创新的影响。结果表明:高管团队职能背景异质性能够有效促进企业绿色创新;同时在股权集中度、政府补贴、组织冗余高的企业,高管团队职能背景异质性对企业绿色创新的正向促进作用更加明显。结论拓展了绿色创新理论研究范畴,同时为企业加强绿色创新提供了借鉴和指导作用。
Identifying the driving factors of green innovation can help enterprises better understand the management process and development requirements,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of green development.Most of the existing literatures focus on the external institutional factors,but less on the impact of internal management on the enterprise green innovation.Based on this,taking 2011—2019 manufacturing listed companies as the research object,the senior management team characteristics were investigated and the impact of functional background heterogeneity of senior management team on the enterprise green innovation was empirically tested.The results show that the functional background heterogeneity of senior management team can effectively promote the enterprise green innovation.Meanwhile,in enterprises with high ownership concentration,government subsidy and organizational redundancy,the functional background heterogeneity of senior management team has a more significant positive effect on green innovation.The conclusions expand the category of green innovation theory research,at the same time,it can provide the reference and guidance for the enterprise in strengthening green innovation.
