新时代高校“三全育人”的理论蕴含与深化路径 被引量:60

摘要 作为新时代高等教育领域改革创新的重要命题,“三全育人”指向高质量思想政治工作体系和高水平人才培养体系,凸显新思政观、全局意识和治理思维,历经从离散片面到系统科学、从低频表达到固定范畴、从概念设想到体制机制等多条嬗变轨迹,其理论内涵蕴于思想政治教育时空维度构建、高等教育治理现代化和高校思想政治工作创新发展之中。深化新时代高校“三全育人”综合改革,要坚持立德树人的根本目标,不断完善体制机制,在主体互动中推进具体实践。 As an important proposition of reform and innovation in higher education in the new era,“triple complete education” points to a high-quality ideological-political work system and a high-level talent training system,giving prominence to a new vision of ideological-political education,the need to keep in mind the bigger picture,and governance thinking.It has gone through multiple evolutionary trajectories from discrete one-sidedness to systematic science,from low-frequency expressions to fixed categories,and from conception to system mechanisms.The theory is embodied in the construction of the temporal and spatial dimensions of ideological-political education,the modernization of higher education governance,and the innovation and development of ideological-political work in higher-education institutions(HEIs).To deepen the comprehensive reform of “triple complete education” in HEIs in the new era,it is important to adhere to the fundamental goal of fostering virtue through education,constantly improve institutions and mechanisms,and promote specific practical work in subject interaction.
