Promotion Mechanism of “All-Staff Education” in Colleges and Universities from the Synergic Perspective

摘要 为提高我国高等院校教育水平,完成立德树人的基本任务,教育工作者尝试将全员育人理念融入现代教育体系中,以此打造全员参与的育人的机制。因此,本文对协同视阈下高校全员育人推行机制的建构方法展开讨论,旨在发挥全员育人的教育优势,联结校内外所有育人资源、育人力量,改善学生教育环境,全方位的对学生进行思想政治教育、专业技能培养,增强学生的综合能力,以培养高素质、具有良好品质的人才。 In order to improve the education level of higher education and complete the basic task of fostering morality through education,educators try to integrate the concept of all-staff education into modern education system,so as to build the education mechanism with full participation.Therefore,this article discussed the construction method of the promotion mechanism of all-staff education in colleges and universities from the perspective of collaboration.Based on the educational advantages of all-staff education,we can carry out ideological and political education and professional skills training for students,and then promote educational environment and enhance students’comprehensive ability.
