高校全员育人存在的问题及破解路径--以学校为分析视角 被引量:1

摘要 高校全员育人的关键是学校,高校育人的主体包括全体教职工。目前,高校全员育人存在全员育人界定不清晰、职责不明晰、机制不健全、落实不到位的问题。要破解这些问题,高校需要明确教学人员、管理人员、服务人员的育人职责,围绕“立德树人”的目标,完善保障机制和参与机制,形成各司其职、协同合作、全员共育的格局,把握好方案制定、全员参与、评价考核、诊断改进四个关键环节。 The key to all-member education in higher education are colleges and universities themselves,with all faculty members the main body of education.There are problems in all-member education,such as unclear definition,blur responsibilities,imperfect mechanism,and inadequate implementation.To solve these problems,colleges and universities need to clarify the responsibilities of teaching staff,administrators,and service staff to educate people,centering on the goal of"cultivating people with morality",to improve the guarantee mechanism and participation mechanism.Therefore,it will form a mechanism for each person to perform their own duties,for coordination and cooperation,and all-member education,and form four key links of plan formulation,all-member participation,evaluation and assessment,and improvement.
