摘要
首先对优化煤炭与新能源组合的概念进行了界定。其次对煤炭与新能源组合发展进行了SWOT分析,要充分发挥煤炭压舱石和稳定器的作用,深入推动煤炭清洁高效利用,借助煤电的稳定性平抑新能源的波动性。利用新能源低碳排放的优势,在一定程度上降低煤电碳排放的压力。最后对优化煤炭与新能源组合发展战略提出了相关建议:一是深入推动煤炭清洁高效集约化利用,对重点行业、重点领域进行降碳减排改造;二是推动新能源发展,通过增大煤电的灵活性来降低新能源的波动性;三是建设智能电网,提高新能源的消纳水平和能源安全保障水平,希望在提升经济发展水平的同时,推动能源结构低碳绿色转型。
Firstly,the concept of optimizing the combination of coal and new energy is defined.Secondly,a SWOT analysis is made on the development of coal and new energy combination,to give full play to the role of coal ballast and stabilizer,to promote the clean and efficient utilization of coal in depth,and to calm down the volatility of new energy with the stability of coal power.Take advantage of the low carbon emission of new energy to reduce the pressure of carbon emission of coal power to a certain extent.Finally,relevant suggestions are made to optimize the development strategy of coal and new energy combination:firstly,to deeply promote the clean and efficient intensive utilization of coal,and to transform the key industries and key fields to reduce carbon emission;secondly,to promote the development of new energy,and to reduce the volatility of new energy by increasing the flexibility of coal power;thirdly,to build a smart grid to improve the level of new energy consumption and energy security,hoping to enhance economic development at the same time We hope to promote the low-carbon and green transformation of energy structure while improving the level of economic development.
