摘要
目的探讨综合医院推进中成药合理应用实践中的问题、对策与效果。方法选取2020年7月—2020年12月600张门诊中成药处方为对照组,2021年7月—12月600张门诊中成药处方为观察组。在实践中,结合PDCA管理法,建立事前审核、事中干预、事后点评为核心的中成药合理用药监测系统,实行处方闭环管理。比较管理前后2组中成药处方不合理情况。结果对照组不合理处方70张,不合格率11.67%,观察组不合理处方19张,不合格率3.17%,低于对照组(P<0.01),各类型不合理处方率均降低。结论综合医院建立以中成药处方前置审核、事中审核、处方点评为核心的中成药合理用药监测系统,结合PDCA管理进行改进,推进中成药合理应用实践,可有效降低中成药处方不合格率,提高医疗质量。
Objective To explore the problems,countermeasures and effect of the practice of promoting the rational application of Chinese patent medicines.Methods 600 outpatient Chinese patent medicine prescriptions from July 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 600 outpatient Chinese patent medicine prescriptions from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.PDCA management was used to improve the prescription automatic system of Chinese patent medicines,which included pre-prescription review,pharmacy intervention and prescription review.The irrationality of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions and drug repercussion rates were compared between the two groups.Results The irrational prescription and unqualified rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the irrational prescription rate of each type was decreased.Conclusion The general hospital would effectively reduce the unqualified rate of Chinese patent medicines and boost the quality of medical care by establishing a system involving pre-prescription review,pharmacy intervention and prescription review,combining PDCA management for continual improvement and promoting the practice of rational application of Chinese patent medicines.
