摘要
目的探讨河南省人民医院儿科实施处方前置审核系统的效果,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法调取河南省人民医院2017年1月至2020年12月的儿科处方241026张,利用合理用药系统进行处方点评,分析处方相关指标变化情况。结果河南省人民医院儿科就诊患儿中药物治疗占比48.45%,人均药品2.28种。实施处方前置审核后,儿科处方合格率从2017年的63.82%提高到2020年的93.73%,药品金额占比分别从2017年的59.29%降为2020年的48.43%,中成药使用率、静脉输液使用率、抗菌药物使用率均明显下降,国家基本药物使用率明显升高。结论处方前置审核系统可以提升儿科处方合理性,保障患儿用药安全。
Objective To explore the effect of prescribing pre-prescription review system for pediatrics in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital and it provide reference for clinical rational use of drug.Methods From January 2017 to December 2020,241026 pediatric prescriptions in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital were collected,and the rational drug use system was used to review prescriptions and analyze the changes of prescription related indicators.Results Drug treatment accounted for 48.45%of pediatric patients in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital,and there were 2.28 kinds of drugs per capita.After the pre-prescription review system,the qualified rate of pediatric prescriptions increased from 63.82%in 2017 to 93.73%in 2020,and the proportion of medicine consumption decreased from 59.29%in 2017 to 48.43%in 2020.The utilization rates of Chinese patent medicines,intravenous infusion and antibacterial drugs decreased significantly,while the utilization rate of national essential medicines increased significantly.Conclusion Pre-prescription review system can improve the rationality of pediatric prescriptions and ensure the safety of medication for child patients.
