摘要
农村籍大学生返乡就业对促进乡村人才振兴具有重要意义。基于此该文展开研究,通过收集资料发现,专家学者们主要对农村籍大学生返乡就业意愿的现状、影响因素与对策三个方面进行了研究,关注的重点是国家政策、高校就业教育、家庭精神支持、学生个体就业观念与就业能力等因素,并提出相应对策,为促进农村籍大学生返乡就业意愿起到了重要作用。但还存在纵向研究较少,对策方法多宏观、少微观,创新性内容不足等问题。该文通过对农村籍大学生农村就业意愿相关文献的梳理,以期为促进农村籍大学生返乡就业意愿研究的未来方向提供一点思考。
The return of rural college students to their hometowns for employment is of great significance to promoting the revitalization of rural talents. Based on this, this paper conducts research. Through collecting data, it is found that experts and scholars have mainly conducted research on the status quo, influencing factors and countermeasures of rural college students’ willingness to return to their hometowns for employment. The focus is on national policies, college employment education, family’s spiritual support, students’ individual employment concept and capacity and other factors. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, thus playing an important role in promoting the willingness of rural college students to return to their hometowns for employment. However, there are still problems such as less longitudinal research, more macro and less micro countermeasures, as well as insufficient innovative content. This paper sorts out the relevant literature on the rural employment intention of rural college students, so as to provide some thoughts on the future direction of research on rural college students’ willingness to return to their hometown.
