摘要
党的二十大报告提出要全面推进乡村振兴。职业教育是与乡村振兴联系最直接、最密切的教育类型,服务乡村振兴责无旁贷。高职学生返乡就业意义重大且可行性强,但当前高职学生返乡就业还面临不少挑战。引导高职学生返乡就业依靠社会各界共同努力:需要全社会多渠道加强政策宣贯,引导学生返乡就业;需要地方政府完善基础设施,为高职学生营造良好返乡就业环境;需要高职院校优化人才培养模式,提升高职学生的技术技能。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China specifically proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization. As the most direct and closely related type of education to the Rural Revitalization is Vocational education duty-bound to serve the Rural Revitalization. It is significant and feasible for higher vocational students to return to their hometowns for employment, but they still face many challenges. Guiding higher vocational students to return to their hometowns for employment needs the joint efforts of governments, higher vocational colleges and all sectors of society. The whole society needs to strengthen policy publicity and implementation through multiple channels to guide higher vocational students. The local governments need to improve the infrastructure and create a good employment environment for higher vocational students to return home. Higher vocational colleges need to optimize the training mode of higher vocational talents and improve the technical skills of higher vocational students.
