摘要
为确保农村“房地一体”不动产权籍调查的效率,本文提出综合运用无人机倾斜摄影、移动背包扫描、移动终端App权属调查、FME质检入库以及全周期监理检查机制等多项技术手段,构建一套高质量、高效率的农村“房地一体”不动产权籍调查新模式,有效地保证了调查结果的准确度,为农村“房地一体”不动产登记工作提供翔实和准确的数据支撑。
In order to ensure the efficiency of rural"integration of land and house"real estate ownership investigation,this paper proposes to build a high-quality and efficiency rural"integration of land and house"real estate ownership investigation model by comprehensively using UAV tilt photography,mobile backpack scanning,mobile terminal APP ownership investigation mode,FME quality inspection databasing and full cycle supervision and inspection mechanism,which effectively ensures the accuracy of the survey results,and provides detailed and accurate data support for rural real estate ownership investigation.
