摘要
在注塑产品的生产过程中,注塑件的表面发生坍缩、产生缩痕是常见的生产缺陷问题,尤其对于壁厚较厚的注塑件。根据上述问题,本文利用Moldflow软件对某种不同壁厚的模型进行模拟仿真,得到了综合影响最高的三个影响因素,分别是注塑流体温度、模具压力保持时间、模具温度等因素,并进行上述因素对坍缩深度、注塑体积缩化比例的连续性影响仿真。综合仿真结果,得出了优化后的参数方案。
In the production process of injection molded products,the surface of the injection molded parts collapses,causing shrinkage marks is a common production defect,especially for injection molded parts with thick wall thickness.According to the above problems,this paper uses Moldflow software to simulate some models with different wall thicknesses,and obtains three factors that have the highest comprehensive impact,namely,injection fluid temperature,mold pressure holding time,mold temperature and other factors.At the same time,it simulates the impact of the continuity of the collapse depth and injection volume shrinkage ratio.Finally,the optimized parameter scheme is obtained by synthesizing the simulation results.
