摘要
在生活垃圾预处理的过程中,破碎预处理是关键一步,因此,破碎机在生活垃圾预处理过程中具有独特优势,现已被广泛应用。但由于生活垃圾含量种类复杂,物理性质相差较大,且传统的破碎机主要集中于大型物料的破碎,具有破碎不彻底性,且仅实现对物料破碎等单一功能。因此,为进一步实现生活垃圾有效破碎,且破碎后物料快速成型,减小物料体积,提出多级差速破碎与成型一体的生活垃圾处理新方法并设计了生活垃圾多级破碎成型一体机。分析了该一体机的设计原理、结构组成,并对一体机中的关键零部件设计进行分析。该一体机能将含有软物与硬物混合的生活垃圾进行逐级破碎与成型,为后期的运输、焚烧和成型处理等后续问题提供有利条件,具有一定的现实意义。
In the process of domestic waste pretreatment,crushing pretreatment is a key step,therefore,crusher has unique advantages in theprocess of domestic waste pretreatment,has been widely used.However,due to the complex contents and physical properties of domestic waste,and the traditional crusher mainly focuses on the crushing of large materials,with incomplete crushing,and only realize the single function ofcrushing materials.Therefore,in order to further realize the effective crushing of MSW,and the rapid forming of the crushed material,andreduce the volume of the material,a new MSW treatment method integrating multi-stage differential crushing and forming was proposed,andan integrated multistage crushing and forming machine for MSW was designed.The design principle and structure of the all-in-one machinewere analyzed,and the design of key parts in the all-in-one machine was analyzed.The integrated function can contain the mixture of soft andhard solid waste for step by step crushing and molding,for the later transport,incineration and molding treatment and other follow-up problemsto provide favorable conditions,has a certain practical significance.
