摘要
以自行研制的双辊差速式破袋破碎一体机为实验平台,研究了进料速度、主辊转速、副辊转向对破袋率、处理效率、破碎单位能耗及垃圾行走速度的影响。实验表明:该破袋破碎一体机的破袋率为100%;增加进料速度、主辊转速,有利于提高处理效率,减少破碎单位能耗;选择副辊正转有利于提高处理效率和垃圾行走速度。
A household urban garbage crusher was developed to study about the effects of feeding speed,the main roller speed,the auxiliary roller rotary direction on the crusher performance. The performance included the bag breaking rate,the garbage disposal efficiency,the unit energy consumption and the garbage walking speed. Experiments showed that the household urban garbage crusher had a bag breaking rate of 100%. Increasing the feeding speed or the main roller speed would improve the garbage disposal efficiency and reduce the unit energy consumption. As for the auxiliary roller,choosing the forward rotary direction was beneficial to improve the disposal efficiency and the garbage walking speed.
