摘要
目的探讨分析生命回顾结合人文关怀护理对晚期癌症患者自尊水平、生命意义及生存质量的影响。方法选取2019年10月~2021年10月我院肿瘤科收治的90例晚期癌症患者作为研究对象,按照双色球法随机分为两组,蓝色球作为对照组,红色球作为研究组,对照组患者接受人文关怀护理,研究组在上述基础上开展生命回顾访谈护理,评估其自尊水平、生命意义及生存质量。结果干预后两组晚期癌症患者SSES各维度评分、生命意义评分及整体生命质量评分均较干预前明显提升,P<0.05。结论生命回顾结合人文关怀护理可提高晚期癌症患者自尊水平,促使其积极探寻生命意义,进而积极主动地改善患者生命末期的生存质量。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effects of life review combined with humanistic care on selfesteem,meaning of life and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced cancer admitted to the oncology department of our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the two-color ball method,with the blue ball as the control group and the red ball as the research group,and the control group patients received humanistic care nursing.Results The SS-ES scores in all dimensions,life meaning score and overall quality of life scores of the two groups after the intervention were significantly improved compared with the pre-intervention patients,with P<0.05.Conclusion Life review combined with humanistic care can improve the self-esteem level of advanced cancer patients,promote them to actively explore the meaning of life,and then actively improve the quality of life of patients at the end of life.
