摘要
胰腺癌作为一种临床上常见的恶性程度极高的恶性肿瘤,通常有着起病隐匿,早期诊断困难,病情发展迅速等特点,预后较差。正是由于胰腺癌的这些特点,患者常常出现因确诊较晚而失去根治手术的机会,因此需要寻找其他替代治疗方案。放疗是治疗晚期癌症的常用方法,在胰腺癌的临床治疗中应用广泛,但其对病灶周围组织容易造成不同程度的损害而产生相应并发症,伴随着医疗技术的发展,临床上出现了粒子植入近距离组织内放射治疗的方案,而其中碘125粒子植入近距离放疗因其安全性和有效性颇受欢迎,本文综述了碘125粒子植入治疗的作用,碘125粒子植入治疗的应用,碘125粒子植入的不足与优势。
Pancreatic cancer,as a common malignant tumor with high malignant degree in clinical practice,usually has the characteristics of insidious onset,difficult early diagnosis,rapid development of the disease etc,and the prognosis is poor.Because of these characteristics of pancreatic cancer,patients often lose the opportunity of radical surgery due to late diagnosis,so they need to find other alternative treatment scheme.Radiotherapy is a common method for the treatment of advanced cancer,which is widely used in the clinical treatment of pancreatic cancer.However,it is easy to cause different degrees of damage to the tissues around the lesion,resulting in corresponding complications.With the development of medical technology,in clinical practice,there has been a program of intraorganizational brachytherapy with seeds implantation,among which iodine-125 seeds implantation brachytherapy is very popular because of its safety and effectiveness.This article reviews the effect of iodine-125 seed implantation treatment,the application of iodine-125 seed implantation treatment,and the shortcomings and advantages of iodine-125 seed implantation.
