摘要
为了构建跨行业、跨区域水利业务协同系统,信阳市水利局充分利用原有水利视频会商系统中心部分硬件配置,新搭建软件视频会议系统,对视频会商系统功能进行融合、拓展应用,实现了既可以召开水利专线视频会议,又可以召开软件视频会议,还可以同步召开水利专线视频会议和软件视频会议的功能。为各项水利业务远程协同开展提供了重要的支撑保障,最大限度减轻了新冠肺炎疫情对水利业务工作的影响,为统筹做好水利工作和新冠肺炎疫情防控,作出了成功的探索。
In order to build a cross-industry and cross-regional water conservancy business coordination system, The Bureau of Water Resources of Xinyang made full use of part of the hardware configuration of the original water conservancy video consultation System,newly built a software video conferencing system,integrated the functions of the video conference system,and expanded the application,realized that not only can hold the water conservancy line video conference, but also can hold the software video conference, but also can also hold the water conservancy line video conference and software video conference function. It provides an important support guarantee for the remote coordinated development of various water conservancy businesses,the impact of the new crown epidemic on the water conservancy business has been minimized, and successful explorations have been made to coordinate the water conservancy work and the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic.
