浅谈宁夏“互联网+水文”的创新和实践 被引量:4

摘要 2017—2018年宁夏开展了基于“互联网+水文”的研究实践,并建设完成了宁夏水文监测与资料整编系统。针对传统水文工作方式中存在的需人工计算数据、校核审核费工耗时、资料重复录入、整编时效差、信息共享不及时等问题,本文提出了三级分块研发设计理念,充分应用云架构和B/S结构,构建了数据智能关联和多种算法内置的异构系统的创新服务解决方案。经实践,该系统能够对水文原始资料录入时效性、资料数据修改进行严格控制,水文资料的准确性和真实性得到了保证,有效地提升了水文监测和资料整编工作的时效性和可靠性。 From 2017 to 2018,Ningxia took the lead in carrying out the research practice based on“Internet plus Hydrology”,and completed the Ningxia Hydrological Monitoring and Data Compilation System.In view of the problems existing in the traditional hydrological working mode,such as manual calculation of data,time-consuming checking and auditing,repeated data entry,poor reorganization time and untimely information sharing,this paper puts forward the design concept of three-level block research and development,makes full use of cloud architecture and B/S structure,and constructs an innovative service solution for data intelligent association and heterogeneous systems with built-in multiple algorithms.Through practice,the system can strictly control the timeliness of hydrological original data entry and data modification,effectively ensure the accuracy and authenticity of hydrological data,and effectively improve the timeliness and reliability of hydrological monitoring and data compilation.
