摘要 针对燃气管道焊接工艺方案的制订及工艺参数的选择,选用Microsoft SQL Sever2014数据库、采用C#编程语言进行编程,采用三层C/S结构,构建了燃气管道焊接工艺数据库与焊接工艺卡数据库,并开发了燃气管道焊接工艺评价系统。该系统包含用户登录、工艺评定、工艺推荐、数据管理、用户管理、帮助六个方面的功能。该数据库及评价系统的建立,能够为焊接技术人员提供工艺设计指导,为燃气管道焊接提供可靠的数据参考,对于缩短焊接工艺准备周期、提高焊接工作效率和焊接工艺数据管理水平具有重要的现实意义。 In view of the gas pipeline welding process plan formulation and process parameters selection, selecting Microsoft SQL Sever 2014 database, using C# programming language, the gas pipeline welding process database and welding process card database were established by adopting a three-tier C/S structure, and a gas pipeline welding process evaluation system was developed. The system provides six fuctions, including user login, process evaluation, process recommendation,data management, user management, help. The database & evaluation system can provide process design guidance for welding engineers, provide reliable data reference for gas pipeline welding, which is of great significance for shortening the welding process preparation cycle, improving welding efficiency and welding process data management level.
