摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、万能材料试验机研究了Al-5Ti-0.2C细化剂质量分数和细化保持时间对AlSi12铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:铝液中加入Al-5Ti-0.2C持续2h合金的细化效果没有明显衰退。Al-5Ti-0.2C细化剂能够明显地细化AlSi12铝合金晶粒;随着细化剂质量分数的增加,铝合金晶粒尺寸明显减小,伸长率提高,尤其是高温伸长率提高明显。通过扫描电镜分析发现,添加细化剂的铝合金断口均为韧性断口,说明添加Al-5Ti-0.2C细化剂的AlSi12铝合金具有强韧性。
The effects of Al-5Ti-0.2C refiner mass fraction and refining holding time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi12 aluminum alloy were investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and universal material testing machine. The results show that the refining effect of adding Al-5Ti-0.2C to the molten aluminum for 2h has no obvious decline. Al-5Ti-0.2C refiner can obviously refine the grains of AlSi12 aluminum alloy. With the increase of refiner mass fraction, the grain size of the aluminum alloy decreases obviously. The elongation is improved,especially at high temperature. Through scanning electron microscope analysis, it is found that the fractures of the aluminum alloys added with the refiner are all ductile fractures, indicating that the AlSi12 aluminum alloy added with the Al-5Ti-0.2C refiner has strong toughness.
