摘要
Al-Si系合金具有铸造流动性和耐腐蚀性良好、比强度高以及热膨胀系数低的特点而广泛应用。随着汽车、航空航天等领域轻量化的发展,对Al-Si系合金的强塑性提出了更高要求。挤压铸造铝合金可成形复杂薄壁铸件,且其组织致密、表面品质高、力学性能好,在汽车、航空航天等领域有着广阔的应用前景。针对挤压铸造合金元素、孕育变质剂对Al-Si系合金组织和性能的影响以及挤压铸造铝基复合材料进行了归纳总结,为挤压铸造制备高性能Al-Si系合金提供参考。
Al-Si alloys have the advantages of good fluidity,corrosion resistance,high specific strength,and low thermal expansion coefficient,which are widely used in cast aluminum alloys.Due to the development demand for lightweight in the automobile field,the higher requirements were put forward for the improvement of strength and ductility of Al-Si alloys.Squeeze casting can produce complex thin-walled aluminum alloy castings with compact structures,high surface quality,and good mechanical properties,showing a broad application prospect in the field of automobile parts.The effects of alloying elements,inoculation modification on microstructure evolution and performance of squeeze casting Al-Si alloy composites were reviewed,which provide a reference for the preparation of high performance Al-Si alloy by squeeze casting in the future.
