摘要
一种T型焊接接头由一大厚度嵌入板和一较小直径接管焊接,其中间三分之一不进行焊接,对此结构特点进行分析,对比常规射线检测、超声检测和衍射时差法超声检测,采用近些年较为先进的相控阵超声检测技术进行检测,很好地完成检测任务。检测时采用工艺仿真并制作模拟试块进行工艺验证,同时在检测中给予焊接工艺以指导,通过调整焊接参数,最终检测很好地保证了厚壁结构产品质量。
A T-type welded joint has been welded by a large thickness embedded plate and a small diameter nozzle,of which the middle third has not been welded.The structural characteristics have been analyzed.Compared with conventional X-ray detection,ultrasonic detection and diffraction time difference ultrasonic detection,the more advanced phased array ultrasonic detection technology in recent years has been used for detection,which has completed the detection task well.The process simulation has been used and the simulation test block has been made to verify the process.At the same time,the welding process has been given to guide the detection.By adjusting the welding parameters,the final detection has ensured the quality of the thick wall structure product.
