摘要
嵌入式接管是重要压力容器的主要受压元件,其加工成型的精确程度直接影响压力容器制造的可靠性。以制造实例对三轴联动数控镗铣床加工嵌入式接管的方法进行了讨论,并对UG软件CAM模块自动编程步骤作了详细说明,通过实例证明了此方法加工嵌入式接管的可行性。
For important pressure vessels, the embedded takeover serves as a major pressure part, whose machining and forming precision will directly influence the reliability of the pressure vessel. The machining method of embedded takeover by the tri-axial linked NC boring-milling machine was discussed with manufacturing instances; moreover, the automatic programming steps of the CAM module in UG software was illustrated in details; and finally, the feasibility of this machining method of embedded takeover was eventually validated through examples.
