摘要
医学汉语是为高年级MBBS留学生开设的一门专业汉语课程。由于传统的教学模式注重语言的输入而忽视语言产出性技能的培养,导致医学汉语教学学用分离,无法满足医学留学生在华见习、实习的需要。针对医学汉语写作教学薄弱的情况,笔者把“产出导向法”引入病历写作教学,以构建输入与产出相融合的学用一体教学模式,全面提升MBBS留学生汉语在医学领域的应用能力,以期为招收MBBS留学生的高等院校医学汉语教学改革提供有益的经验。
Medical Chinese is a professional Chinese course for senior MBBS international students.Because the traditional teaching mode emphasizes the input of language and neglects the cultivation of productive skills,medical Chinese learning is separated from its application,which cannot meet the needs of medical students’medical probation and practice in China.In this case,the“production-oriented approach”is introduced to guide medical record writing so as to explore an integrated teaching mode emphasizing both the input and output to improve MBBS students’Chinese proficiency in the field of medicine.Such a mode is supposed to provide beneficial experience in medical Chinese teaching to the colleges and universities recruiting MBBS international students.
