摘要
管线综合部分是大型水利工程设计和施工的重难点。基于BIM技术的三维协同管线综合设计优化方法,使多专业设计人员在统一平台进行管线系统综合建模,实现及时、全面、准确、高效的专业间配合;通过碰撞检测、剖切检查、虚拟漫游巡查等功能,实现不同管线系统的冲突检查、空间定位以及管线优化布置。在大型泵站设计应用实践中,采用BIM管线综合设计方法检测和改正管线与水工结构碰撞冲突50余处、管线系统之间碰撞60余处,优化人性化设计近20余项,提高了设计交底的效率和体验,大大减少了设计变更,提供了更优质的设计服务。
The pipeline synthesis is the key and difficult point of engineering design and construction in largescale water conservancy projects. The 3D collaborative pipeline integrated optimization design based on BIM technology enables multi-discipline designers to carry out integrated modeling of pipeline system on a unified platform in timely,comprehensive, accurate and efficient inter-professional cooperation. Through collision detection, section inspection,virtual roaming inspection and other functions, the conflict detection, spatial positioning and optimal pipeline layout among different pipeline systems can be realized. By using the BIM-based technology, over 50 collisions between pipelines and hydraulic structures and more than 60 collisions among pipeline systems were detected and corrected, and nearly 20 humanized designs were optimized in the design practice of a large-scale pump station. The present BIM-based technology improved the efficiency and experience of design disclosure, greatly reduced design changes and provided better design services.
