摘要 采用烧氧化镁、磷酸二氢铵、硼砂等制备水泥路面裂缝快速修复材料,与砂石、水拌和成型磷酸镁快速修复材料砂浆试件,对其耐磨性、耐侵蚀性、抗冻性和渗水性等耐久性能进行研究。结果表明,磷酸镁快速修复材料砂浆强度略小于普通水泥砂浆,但其耐磨性优于普通水泥砂浆;在自来水和10%硫酸钠溶液侵蚀下,磷酸镁快速修复材料砂浆的抗折强度损失较小,但其质量损失率远大于普通水泥砂浆;在冻融次数较少时(<50次),磷酸镁快速修复材料砂浆的质量损失远小于普通水泥砂浆,当冻融循环次数超过60次,其质量损失大于普通水泥砂浆;磷酸镁快速修复砂浆表现出良好的抗渗性能。 The quick repair material for cement pavement crack is prepared by burning magnesia, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and borax, and it is mixed with sand and water to prepare mortar. The durability of mortar specimens such as wear resistance, erosion resistance, frost resistance and water permeability is investigated. The results show that although the strength of magnesium phosphate quick repair material mortar is slightly less than that of ordinary Portland cement mortar, its wear resistance is better. In water and 10% sodium sulfate solution, the magnesium phosphate quick repair material expresses less loss of flexural strength and more mass loss compared with ordinary Portland cement motar.When the freeze-thaw cycles are less than 50 times, the mass loss of magnesium phosphate quick repair material mortar is much smaller than ordinary Portland cement mortar. However, as the freeze-thaw cycles exceed 60 times, the mass loss is gradually greater than that of ordinary Portland cement mortar. And the magnesium phosphate quick repair material mortar exhibits good impermeability.
