摘要
天然气处理厂内设置空氮站一座,主要包括净化风系统及氮气系统,为处理厂内各设备设施提供非净化空气、净化空气及氮气,满足生产运行需求,针对净化风系统日常运行出现问题,本文对现有净化风系统运行情况进行系统分析,优化工艺及运行管理,确保净化风系统稳定足量,提高处理厂安全运行水平。
An air nitrogen station is installed in the natural-gas processing, which mainly comprises a clean air system and a nitrogen system to provide non-clean air, clean air and nitrogen to meet the operational needs of the plant. In view of the problems in the daily operation of the air purification system, this paper systematically analyzes the operation of the existing air purification system, optimizes the process and operation management, and ensures that the air purification system is stable and sufficient, improve the safe operation level of the treatment plant.
