摘要
在苏里格气田的天然气生产和净化处理工艺中,配置供风系统起到了至关重要的作用,是保证天然气处理厂安全生产的前提。通过对天然气处理工艺和供风系统的分析研究,优化供风系统工艺流程,对系统中的空气压缩机、空气净化系统、PSA制氮装置以及储气罐规格参数进行详细计算,优化选型参数。提出一套适用于长庆苏里格气田天然气处理厂供风系统的设计方法,为今后相应供风系统的研究、设计和运行维护提供技术保障和依据。
The wind supply system plays a vital role in the natural gas production and purification process of Sulige Gasfield, and it is the assurance of the safety production of natural gas treatment plant. Through the analysis of natural gas treatment process and air supply system of the plant, the process of the air supply system is optimized, and the parameters of the air compressor, the air purification system, the PSA nitrogen generating device and the air storage tank in the system are calculated and optimized. A set of design method suitable for the air supply system of the natural gas treatment plant in Sulige Gasfield is put forward, which provides the technical support and basis for the research, design and operation maintenance of corresponding air supply systems.
