摘要
依据153家中小板企业2020-2021年设立的177个并购基金项目,结合企业所处五种技术轨道类型,构建企业技术轨道与其创投目标之间的计量模型,探讨技术轨道类型对于企业创投目标性质的影响。研究发现“供应商为主导”与“规模密集型”企业倾向于财务目标,而“以科学为基础”和“专业化供应商”企业更倾向于创新战略目标,“信息密集型”企业虽然战略导向明显,但并非具有技术轨道依赖性,受其技术轨道特征影响不显著。
Based on 177 M&A fund projects established by 153 small and medium Enterprises from 2020 to,2021,combining five types of technology trajectories of the enterprises to construct a correlation analysis model between technology trajectory and corporate venture capital objectives,this paper discusses the impact of technology trajectory types on the nature of enterprise venture capital objectives.The study found that“supplier-led”enterprises and“scale-intensive”enterprises tend to financial goals,while“science-based”enterprises and“professional supplier”enterprises are more inclined to innovation strategic objectives.“Information intensive”enterprisesare more prone to innovation strategic objectives.However,they are not technology trajectory dependent and not significantly affected by their technical trajectory characteristics.
