摘要
目的:探讨超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼(AACG)的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月临沂市中心医院收治的96例AACG患者,根据电脑双偶数随机取样法分为基础组、乳化组各48例。基础组给予小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,乳化组给予超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后乳化组视力值、中央前房深度高于基础组,眼压值、前房角关闭范围低于基础组;手术优良率高于基础组;并发症率低于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化白内障摘除在AACG治疗中的效果优于基础组,可提高视力水平、中央前房深度,稳定眼压、缩小前房角关闭范围,提高疗效、减少并发症,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma(AACG).Methods A total of 96 Patients with AACG admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into 48 cases in the basal group and emulsification group according to the computerized double even random sampling method,the basal group was treated with small incision cataract extracapsular extraction,and the emulsification group was given phacoemulsification cataract extraction,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the emulsification group had higher visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth than those in the basal group,and the intraocular pressure value and anterior chamber angle closure range were lower than those in the basal group.The excellent rate of surgery in the emulsification group was higher than that in the basal group;The complication rate was statistically significant compared with that in the basal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of AACG is better than that of the basal group,which can improve the level of visual acuity,central anterior chamber depth,stabilize intraocular pressure,narrow the range of anterior chamber angle closure,improve the curative effect,reduce complications,and deserve clinical application.
