摘要
目的分析超声乳化、人工晶体植入术联合治疗白内障合并高度近视的效果。方法选取白内障合并高度近视患者85例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(43例)与观察组(42例),对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,对比疗效。结果治疗前两组患者检测视力无差异性,治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组。治疗前两组患者眼压无差异性,治疗后观察组患者平均眼压低于对照组,裸眼视力与最佳矫正视力均优于对照组。观察组平均手术操作时间大于对照组。结论超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗白内障合并高度近视疗效显著,可有效降低眼压并调节裸眼视力。
ObjectiveThis paper aims to analyze the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients with cataract complicated with high myopia.Methods85 patients with cataract complicated with high myopia were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The control group was treated with routine surgery,and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.ResultsThere was no difference in visual acuity between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.There was no difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the average intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the naked visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity were better than those of the control group.The average operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group.ConclusionPhacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is effective in the treatment of patients with cataract complicated with high myopia,which can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and adjust naked vision.
