西安地区高层住宅室内自然通风效果研究

摘要 对西安地区高层住宅在不同开窗面积下室内CO_(2)浓度变化进行现场测试,并用Analysis软件建立模型,模拟在不同工况下的室内换气次数,对该地区高层住宅自然通风效果进行验证。比较在恒定通风条件下,不同楼层高度和开窗面积在不同门窗开关情况下的房间换气次数变化,得到不同楼层高度外窗开启面积建议范围。研究结果表明:开窗通风可以有效改善室内空气品质。关闭门窗,空气渗透换气量较小,不能满足室内新风量需求。开启门窗,房间内换气次数均大于0.7h^(-1),通风换气效果较好;在相同条件下,关闭内门,9层及以下楼层开窗面积达到50%及以上,9层以上开窗面积达到25%,可满足室内通风需求。 The indoor carbon dioxide concentration of high-rise residential buildings in the Xi’an under different window opening areas is tested on-site.A software model is established to simulate the indoor ventilation times under different working conditions.The natural ventilation effects of the high-rise residential buildings in the area are verified through the indoor natural ventilation test and the CFD simulation in the later period.Under constant ventilation conditions,the changes in room ventilation times for different floor heights and window opening areas under different door and window opening and closing conditions are compared,and the recommended range of open window opening areas for different floor heights is obtained.The research results show that window ventilation can effectively improve indoor air quality.Doors and windows are closed,and the amount of air penetration and ventilation is small,which cannot meet the indoor fresh air demand.When the doors and windows are open,the air exchange times in the room are all greater than 0.7 h,and the ventilation effect is good;under the same conditions,close the internal door,the opening area of the 9 th floor and below reaches 50% or more,and the opening area of the 9 th floor and above reaches 25% or more,which can meet the indoor ventilation requirements.
