摘要
客船中央空调系统防病毒的关键是全新风。对此,全面提出并解释全新风设计的3层含义,即:回风不能与新风汇合之后重新送到室内;能量回收装置不能导致新风被回风污染;不可通过使用内循环空调控制温度,新风的换气次数很少。通过对空调负荷进行计算,对比不同中央空调系统的能耗,提出满足这3层含义的中央空调系统需根据不同的外界温度做出不同的设计,从而取得更好的节能效果。
All-fresh air is the key for HVAC system to anti-coronavirus on passenger ship. This paper comprehensively puts forward three concepts of all-fresh air, which includes that the returned air cannot be combined with fresh air and supply back to cabin again;energy recovery device cannot make the fresh air polluted by the return air;and the internal circulation air conditioning is not allowed to use in controlling the temperature with limited fresh air exchanges. It compares the energy consumption of different HVAC systems through heat load calculation, and proposes that the HVAC system satisfying the three concepts of all-fresh air needs to make different system design according to different external temperature, so as to achieve better energy saving effect.
