摘要
[目的]筛选防治点蜂缘蝽的高效杀虫剂,明确河北省不同地区田间种群对杀虫剂的敏感性。[方法]采用食料浸渍法测定了13种杀虫剂对点蜂缘蝽的生物活性和田间种群对5种杀虫剂的敏感性。[结果]溴氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯对点蜂缘蝽2龄若虫的室内生物活性最高,LC50分别为0.25、0.94 mg/L。不同地区的点蜂缘蝽2龄若虫对高效氯氟氰菊酯和甲维盐的敏感性较高,且不同地区种群间对同一药剂的敏感性无显著差异。[结论]推荐优先选用以溴氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯等为主要成分的杀虫剂,作为防治点蜂缘蝽的应急防控药剂。
[Aims]This study aims to screen out highly effective insecticides for control of Riptortus pedestris and to clarify the sensitivity of field populations of R.pedestris to insecticides in different areas of Hebei province.[Methods]The bioactivity of 13 insecticides to R.pedestris and the sensitivity of field population to 5 insecticides were determined using food dipping method.[Results]The results showed that deltamethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin had the highest bioactivity to 2nd nymphs,with LC50 values of 0.25 and 0.94 mg/L.The results of sensitivity determination showed that 2nd nymphs of R.pedestris in four areas of Hebei province were more sensitive to lambda-cyhalothrin and emamectin benzoate.Meanwhile,there was no significant regional difference of sensitivity level to the same insecticide.[Conclusions]Insecticides with deltamethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin as main components are preferred as emergency insecticides for the control of R.pedestris.
