摘要
加强社会治理,维护社会稳定,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,提高基层治理社会化、法治化、智能化、专业化水平,助推构建共建共治共享的社会治理新格局,必须坚持以法治思维为引领,新时代的人民法院行政审判工作应充分发挥职能优势和能动司法作用,融入基层社会治理大格局,促进行政机关依法行政,积极探索矛盾纠纷多元化解新路径,更好地助推基层社会治理法治化。
To strengthen the social governance and maintain the social stability is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious socialist society.To improve the level of socialization, rule of law, intelligence and specialization of grass-roots governance, and to promote the construction of a new pattern of social governance of co-construction, co-governance and sharing, we must adhere to the thinking of rule of law as a guide.In the new era, the administrative adjudication of People’s Court should give full play to its functional advantages and judicial role, integrate into the overall pattern of grass-roots social governance, promote the administration in accordance with the law in the administrative organs and actively explore new ways to resolve conflicts and disputes in a pluralistic manner, to better promote the rule of law in the grass-roots social governance.
