摘要
基于《净零碳建筑评价体系》,以济南领秀城檀樾项目为研究案例,从高性能围护结构、冷热桥处理、可再生能源利用、智能监测系统、设备与系统节能、装配式建造等方面对零碳建筑实施路线进行探索研究;接着,运用能耗计算软件EQUEST-3.64模拟计算项目边界内公区的能源消耗总量,并根据每种能源的消耗量和碳排放因子,进行新建项目的运营碳排放计算。结果显示,碳排放强度满足在2016年执行的节能设计标准的基础上再降低40%以上的要求。本研究为零碳建筑认证和实施提供借鉴和指导。
Based on "Net zero Carbon Building Evaluation System",taking Tanyue Project of Jinan Lingxiu City as a case study,the implementation route of zero carbon building was explored and studied from the aspects of high-performance enclosure structure,cold and hot bridge treatment,renewable energy utilization,intelligent monitoring system,equipment and system energy saving,prefabricated construction,etc.Then,the energy consumption calculation software EQUEST-3.64 was used to simulate the total energy consumption of the common area within the proj ect boundary,and the operational carbon emission of the new project was calculated according to the consumption of each energy and carbon emission factor.The results show that the carbon emission intensity meets the requirements of a reduction of more than 40 percent on the basis of the energysaving design standards implemented in 2016.This study provides reference and guidance for the certification and implementation of zero-carbon buildings.
